The sign shown in the southeast corner of the site appears to be located directly on top of an existing water main owned by the City of Lee's Summit. Please show the location of the existing water lines, and ensure a minimum of 10 feet is maintained from the sign to the outside of the water main. In addition, ensure the sign is not located within any public easement.

It is not clear where the easements are located in relation to the proposed sign locations. There appears to be a public easement along the south property line, as well as the north property line. Please show the locations of all easements, and ensure the monument sign locations are not within the easements.

The signs appear clear of the sight triangle, but the sight triangles submitted do not represent the minimum dimensions required based on AASHTO Intersection Sight Distance (City referenced standard) for the posted speed limits of the intersecting roadways. Sight triangles should be verified clear of obstruction from the proposed signs.
