The plat shows the presence of existing 15 foot water line easments. It is possible that location F, G, and H may be in conflict with these easements. No portion of the sign(s), including any footing, can be placed within these easements. Please refer to the plat (New Longview Mansion Lots 1 and 2 Minor Plat).

Utility locates should be called-in by contacting 1-800 DIG RITE (800-344-7483). After the utility lines have been located, ensure there is a minimum of 10 feet from any portion of the sign to the outside of the City utility line (e.g., 10 feet from the outside of a water line, for example).
