The Site Plan (Sheet AS100) indicates that the impervious area will increase; however, a comparison of the Existing Site Survey (Sheet AS101) reveals that there is little to no landscape islands and the proposed site changes include adding several landscape islands which should reduce the impervious coverage. Explain why the Site Plan calls for an increase in impervious coverage.
