Please refer to the comment letter dated June 14, 2016. Comment #2 discussed the requirement to place water lines within easements, centered as close as possible, except in cul-de-sacs where some variation is allowed. This does not appear to have been corrected. The majority of the water lines are still contained within the right of way.

Please refer to the comment letter dated June 14, 2016. Comment #4 pointed out several instances of excessive valves at tees. Although valves were reduced to "two valves per tee", the valves were placed in the wrong location. One (1) valve is required on the main leg, and one (1) valve is required on the offset leg. The valves shown were placed on the same leg of the water main.

Where fill is being brought in, and where water line is being laid, there are specific requirements contained in the Design and Construction Manual that must be followed. Please add notes to the plans making it clear that these fill areas be properly compacted in lifts in accordance with the Design and Construction Manual, then trenched and pipe laid after this has been completed.
