The drawing provided in the packet is not legible. A drawing must be provided showing the location of the footprint of the monument sign in relation to the property lines, water lines, easements, and sanitary and storm lines if applicable.

The monument sign cannot be located within an easement or right of way without a license agreement. In addition, the monument sign cannot be placed within five (5) feet of a water line.
