Please correct the two typographical errors contained within the "Macro Storm Water Drainage Study" dated Dec. 5, 2014. These typographical errors are contained within Section 3 and 7 (i.e., "regarded" should be "re-graded"?). In addition, where are the calculations for 40 hour extended detention and/or BMPs to meet the requirements of Section 5600 contained within the report?

12/19/2014

Sheet C.301: Please revise the "Macro Storm Water Drainage Study" dated Dec. 5, 2014 to include the actual design shown on this sheet. The report discussed an 8 inich outlet pipe, with no further explanation of the multi-stage structure and 24 inch outlet pipe on the backside.
Corrective Action Required
12/19/2014

Sheet C.301: The plan view for the new outlet structure does not match the typical section shown on the bottom right hand corner. Please ensure that the plan view matches the typical section, including the 24 inch outlet pipe on the backside of the outlet structure. As a general comment, the plans and stormwater report appear to have been prepared without adequate quality control. There are numerous linework errors, contradictory information contained within the plan view versus the section view for the detention basin retrofit, contradictory information contained within the stormwater report versus the typical section view on the detention basin retrofit, lack of clarity whether a new sanitary service is being proposed as evidenced by the bold sanitary sewer linework, contour lines that cross each other along the north property line, scaling errors, and other drafting issues. Please ensure that the final drawings and final stormwater report eliminate these errors.
