Where discrepancies exist between these plans and the Design and Construction Manual, the Design and Construction Manual shall prevail."

It is difficult to determine where the proposed fire line is located. Where is the north arrow? Where are the side streets in relation to the new fire line? Where is the parking lot in relation to the new fire line?
