------------See the attached drawing--------- Per our previous comments, remove the paragraph stating "Approved by Governing Body of the City of Lee's Summit, Missouri, this ____ day of _____, 2014." This is the standard language for FINAL Plats. Relocate the paragraph that was added per our comments which is the standard language for Minor Plats into this location. The standard language for Minor Plats states: "I hereby certify that the within Minor Plat of 'Green lantern Lee's Summit, Lot 1' was submitted to and duly approved by the City of Lee's Summit pursuant to the Unified Development Ordinance No. 5209." this paragraph is currently located above the surveyor's signature area.

It doesn't appear there are any Drainage Easements labeled within this plat, please remove the D/E dedication language. The S/E paragraph can be omitted as well since the easement has already been dedicated previously. Also, provide language dedicating the water line easements, as this is being dedicated as part of this plat.

Please describe the findings of any oil and/or gas well investigation on the site. Please describe what was found and how it was determined. The Planning and Codes Adminstration Department has in its possession a report entitled "Environmental Impact Study of Abandoned Oil and Gas Wells in Lee's Summit, Missouri" dated 1995 by Edward Alton, P.E. that you may wish to use in your investigation, or alternatively, the State of Missouri's Division of Geology and Land Survey has records available for review.
