The site is not currently served by a gravity sanitary sewer system. The development to the south (i.e., Subaru) is utilizing a private grinder pump for sanitary sewer service. Arrangements must be made between the applicant and the owners of the Subaru development for adequate sanitary sewer service in the form of a private easement between the two parties, or other suitable alternatives.

An eight (8) inch public water main extension will be required to complete the loop to the north of the development. Currently, a sixteen (16) inch transmission main is present along this corridor, but is not allowed as a connecting point for domestic or fire line service.
