APPROVAL PROCESS. Submittal and approval of a separate SUP application by Council is required before staff can approve a final development plan for the modular building on the site. The SUP process takes 2-3 months to complete from the time of application. Staff cannot move forward on the final development plan unless City Council approves the SUP.
