The water meter will need to also be placed within the right of way (ideally within 1 foot of the right of way line). Please see the Design and Construction Manual for specific guidance concerning placement of the restrained valve and the water meter in relation to the right of way line.

A blow-off assembly exists at the end of the 8" water line. This blow-off assembly should be noted as "to be removed", and appropriate labeling should be included which states how this will be capped. It may be more appropriate to install a bend at this location rather than capping the pipe.

The connection of the private sewer lateral to the public main. 3. Sidewalk. 4. Water lines 2" in diameter or greater, public or private. 5. All associated valves, BFPD(s), tees, thrust blocks, fire hydrants, restrained valves, etc. 6. Stormwater inlets. 7. Grading costs. 8. Detention basin costs, including the outlet structure. 9. Wetland Species planting costs within the detention basin. 10. Sodding costs within the detention basin. 11. Erosion and sediment control costs, including silt fence, sediment basin costs, riser costs (for the sediment basin), gutter buddies, temporary entrance installation costs, and all other costs associated with erosion and sediment control.
