Last call in description is unnecessary, as it departs from the plat entirely (N01-56-38E, 341.53) Ownership should reflect a "Formerly known as" designation: CMH Parks, Inc is the owner of record with JaCo. this was done on the previous plat, where they listed Clayton Properties as owner, and wrote in "FKA CMH Parks, Inc."
