It is recommended that the tract be extended along all rear lot lines, and the tract be enlarged so no lot is within the 100 year flood fringe. The reasoning behind this recommendation is that it would eliminate any potential flood insurance requirements or Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) requirements imposed by banks during the lending process.
