Private sanitary 50' of 6" PVC & approximately and 45' of 6" PVC today with wye and two 45 degree bend as per project plans. 06/11/24 Tuesday Contractor installed 6"X8" wye & approximately 86' of 8" PVC SDR-26 sanitary pipe on Northeast side of City Hall off Green Street. Contractor found the sanitary from City Hall that was not place on the construction plans. Contractor mention that the existing sanitary was clearly mark on the old plans. Exist pipe was abandoned. 08/01/24 Thursday Contractor installed 2 connection 6"X4" reducer South-West & East side and 2 cleanouts.

08/29/24 Thursday JMJ (Site Rite Construction Co.) Contractor continue to install 24" RCP storm pipe approximately 30' plus nyloplastic drain. 9-3-24 DP. Site Rite was on site and installed 8 sticks of private storm line 1 24". They will be setting the nyloplast tomorrow. They were backfilling with type 5 aggregate and compacting in 8" lifts. 09/04/24 Wednesday JMJ Site Rite installed approximately 56' of 24" RCP and poured flowable fill around nyloplast that was installed yesterday. 09/10/24 Tuesday JMJ Site Rite contractor continued the installation on the East of of 24" RCP on 09/06/24 Friday. Contractor began installation approximately 125' of 18" RCP along the Southern of Market Plaza.

Site Rite was on site and installed 8 sticks of private storm line 1 24". They will be setting the nyloplast tomorrow. They were backfilling with type 5 aggregate and compacting in 8" lifts. 09/04/24 Wednesday JMJ Site Rite installed approximately 56' of 24" RCP and poured flowable fill around nyloplast that was installed yesterday. 09/10/24 Tuesday JMJ Site Rite contractor continued the installation on the East of of 24" RCP on 09/06/24 Friday. Contractor began installation approximately 125' of 18" RCP along the Southern of Market Plaza.

Guidelines For Electronically Submitting Documents:

  • Submitted documents should be under 100MB in size.
  • Accepted file extensions:
    • pdf, jpg, xls, doc, xlsx, docx, dwg
  • All plans shall be to scale.
  • Recommended naming conventions:
    • Keep filename consistent.
    • Avoid the use of non-friendly filenames. (ex. k9dk38fj3.pdf)
    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
