12-24-24 JS. Crew was onsite installing final manhole with flowable fill coming this afternoon.

Chapel Ridge Plat 2 10-4-24 NS received a call from Ryan Heckman and someone complained about the dirt and I called up Jason and he had a water truck come out. 12-13-24 NS Site Visited and crews are working on sewer and will be completed today. 30 days and then we will test the sewer lines. 5-14-25 NS site visited and the construction of the road is complete. it has had the curb put in and the asphalt has been put in. 5-21-25 NS Site visited and it appears that asphalt has been put in. 5-28-25 NS Site visited crews are still doing underground work and the developer said he will be out to put grass seed down with no straw because it drills the seed into the ground. 6-3-25 NS Site visited and no work today because of rain. crew is out here breaking rock down to haul.

  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
