Matt Munger 02/01/2018 2:37 PM John H. and I delivered the plans to Rick and went over some of the questions that he had. I gave Rick the Water Utilities approved products list and sanitary sewer and water detail sheets. I also emailed the link to the D&C for him to reference. Rick had his fire line that goes into the building setup and wanted me to look over it to see if he could pour the kicker. I explained to him that I don't have plans for the fire line. Me and John H. looked over the area and I informed Rick that he will need 3M Rubberized spray for the bolts, clear 12 mil plastic casing to cover the fittings and DI. I also mentioned to him that we require 4500 psi concrete mix as well. We also informed if it was approved the way it was installed then he could pour the kicker.

Matt Munger 02/15/2018 9:35 AM John D. and I looked over the casing pipe and I measured the thickness of the 16" Dia pipe and it was close to 3/8" exceeding the 3/16" minimum wall thickness. The casing spacers were onsite and they were CCI Pipeline Systems Order# 18-0747, Carrier O.D. 8.40" and Casing ID 15.25. Work had not started yet on the boring process.
