SIGN SIZE. The approved tenant sign criteria for the Summit Fair shopping center dictates that the allowable sign size for facades with courtyard frontage is upon the tenant lease frontage as measured in a straight line from lease line to lease line. Tenants are allowed one (1) square foot of sign area per lineal foot of store frontage. Because this tenant space is 22 feet wide, only 22 sq. ft. of sign is allowed. The proposed 35.6 sq. ft. sign is too large. Revise and resubmit.
