Food trucks/trailers that produce smoke or grease laden vapors shall be have a current Heart of America Fire Chiefs Council inspection sticker, and current Jackson County Health Department Permit. Food trucks/trailers are generally inspected by the jurisdiction they are based out of. If an inspection is needed, contact (816) 969-1300 to schedule an appt.
