SE 3RD ST/SE GREEN ST MAIN STAGE AREA. Please be aware of the possibility that unforseen construction issues may or may not impact the ability to employ the use of the area around the intersection of SE 3rd St/SE Main St at the time of the event. The comment above is informational only and requires no additional response. The City understands per information from McCown Gordon that the 3rd St/Green St intersection is fully expected to be open for use as part of the Oktoberfest event. Staff suggests continuing to keep the lines of communication open with McCown Gordon as the event nears to make sure that that will continue to be the case.

Need more detail on ADA-accessible parking spaces for Amtrak. This is very important to provide at a minimum two ADA spaces and an accessible path to the train station. That means no cords or carnival rides that they have to dodge to get to/from the train platform. What was done for Downtown Days was not acceptable and will not be permitted.

The road closure map does not match the narrative for the Wednesday evening closure. Map says 5 pm and narrative says 6 pm. Not a big deal either way, but they need to match.
