The closure of Rice Road shall occur north of the house and fire station. Any obstruction to Rice and Colbern will require the opening of Rice Road until the obstruction is cleared.

Applicant needs to provide a signed detour. Road closed signs are not enough. Recommend moving the closure to north of the businesses and fire station. Applicant still needs to provide access to the house at 2100 NE Rice Rd.
