LIQUOR LICENSE. A separate license for serving alcohol outside the limits of currently active liquor licenses shall be required for the event. Contact the Police Department Liquor Control office (816-969-1747) to apply for the license. Any one of the three participating businesses (Martin City Brewing Company, Grain & Taps or Jazzy B's) may apply for the license to cover the sales and consumption area in the parking lot.
