2-19-26 NS Site visited and it appears that sidewalk has not been fully completed. when I arrived and observed that the north side of the sidewalk had been poured. and is in ADA compliance at this time. Can not pass at this time because sidewalk is not fully completed. South side of sidewalk needs to be poured.

    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
