2-28-25 DP, SW was formed, aggregate compacted. Aggregate depth was too shallow. Contractor corrected while I was onsite. After adjustments I checked cross slopes which were in compliance. Rock depth fixed and recompacted and made contractor lay out expansion joint for property line. Approved to pour. SW in front of property was formed, aggregate compacted, cross slopes in compliance, approved to pour. 3-18-25 DP. SW Infront of house was formed, aggregate compacted, approved to pour. The SW that goes down the hill and meets up to existing SW has a steep grade. The contractor rebuilt it 3 times and it initially starts out over 8.3%. It ranges from 8.5-8.8% but quickly gets under the 8.3% requirement. I will check the running slope after it is poured. 3-25-25 DP. White cure was applied really poorly. This needs fixed 4-30-25 DP. Guidelines For Electronically Submitting Documents:

  • Submitted documents should be under 100MB in size.
  • Accepted file extensions:
    • pdf, jpg, xls, doc, xlsx, docx, dwg
  • All plans shall be to scale.
  • Recommended naming conventions:
    • Keep filename consistent.
    • Avoid the use of non-friendly filenames. (ex. k9dk38fj3.pdf)
    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
