1-29-25 DP. Showed up onsite and contractor had the DW formed and aggregate in place. Aggregate still needed to be compacted which the contractor did complete. The entire road was a mess. The contractor onsite swept the road curb to curb and also let the builder know that he needs to dress up his erosion control ASAP. Approved to pour 3-20-25 DP. DW was removed due to being broken. New driveway was formed, aggregate compacted. Approved to pour. 3-27-25 DP Forms need removed.
