All rough -Garage triple 2x10 ceiling joist needs to be fastened together -All garage anchor bolts with washers needs to be in the middle 1/3 of sole -Garage blocked out 2x8 ceiling joist in the valley needs to be supported with joist hangers -Nail corner of large to small garage door to code -N/E corner of garage needs to have a third stud that attaches the top plate to the sole plate -2x10 ceiling joist to LVL in breakfast area to garage entry needs a joist hanger installed (Nails are missing on the other side of the same LVL) -Nails are missing in the joist hangers in the butler’s pantry (one joist hanger is missing in the same LVL) -The hip support above the panty needs a double stud in the wall for vertical load support -Waste line above butler’s pantry needs to be fire blocked -Nail outside kitchen corner to code -Kitchen window has a triple stud shoe that needs to be completely nailed off -Fire blocking hole above kitchen window -Patio rim joist beam to the interior wall does not set 1 1/2 inches on the double stud -Back deck patio soffit was covered without inspections -Patio siding door has jack studs that were shimmed at the header instead of being continuous for support -Great room has a hole in the floor decking to the room above -Plans calls for a 7 inch beam in the great room. Beam is not installed -All corners needs to be made of three studs and be continuous from the top plate to the sole plate -LVL in entry is missing joist hanger nails -Front porch soffit has been covered prior to inspection -Joist hanger is not installed at the top of the stairwell to the upper rooms -Bedroom 2 is missing a joist hanger where the valley is blocked out -Nail all corners to code -7/16 plywood Fire blocking the top of bathroom chase between bed 2 and 3 can not be used -Hip jack rafter above bedroom 3 is not properly secured -Ceiling joist hanger in bedroom 3 at valley is required -Fire blocking in chase ceiling by attic access is not finished -Purlin support leg at upstairs landing to utility room needs to have double studs installed for proper vertical load transfer -Purlin above master bedroom and bathroom needs support over the bathroom (purlin support is every 4 feet on center) -Ibeam East side in basement storage room by stairs does not sit 3 inches on the concrete pocket -Ibeam in the basement storage and HVAC area east side does not sit on the required 3 inches of concrete pocket for support -Anchor bolts are not installed in the basement rec room exterior south wall -joist hanger nails are missing in the basement rec room ceiling joist -Vertically fire block basement west wall every 10 feet on center
