Install correct nails, remove waterlines from header. - Seal penetrations at return air Joist space, Basement. -Notch floor Joist over bottom of basement stairs. -Open dwv at ceiling over furnace and ufer ground. -Support I-beam front of basement at foundation wall. -Remove waterline over top of sub panel. Pan does not work. - Install light over basement bathroom. Romex hanging from ceiling. -Basement ceiling not furred out in bathroom. -Missing plate bolts center rear basement wall holes drilled but no plates bolts, same at Northeast basement wall. -strap top plates at rear covered deck, siding does not extend to top plates , install per code. - bond gas line or provide listing on material used. no PSI

    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
