**REPAIR EROSION CONTROL ALONG THE STREET AND PROPERTY LINE -Nail/staple ZIP board to sill plates per code -Garage PFH wall anchor must be located within middle 1/3 of sill plate -Provide full support for front porch roof beam at garage and bedroom 2 walls -Support top of valley and hip rafter at ridge (above garage) -Fb plate opening at mud/closet wall; Fb triangular wall spaces at master shower from roof -Engineer to address rafter connections to wall per chapter 8 IRC 802.11 -Support ridge above deck -Strap rear dining CSPF wall header and nail siding to header and rim band per A/4 detail -Provide wall receptacle spacing per code. FYI: the non-sliding panel of the slide door is considered a wall space where receptacle spacing requirement is applicable -Support valley rafter at upper end above kitchen island -Provide information on capacity of the hanger of the 12”-18” lvl connection -Provide a receptacle at stair rail -Install hanger at 2x12 beam connection to lvl above foyer/refrigerator wall -Support ridge above entry door and foyer; or install rafter ties -Install rafter ties above bedroom 2 -Brace ends of lvl beams from rotation -Fb basement wall from ceiling space and soffit throughout; Fb space between back-back showers -Anchor basement sill plate per code.     • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
