Perlin supports shall be vertical. -support hip rafter where meets ridge over center bedroom/ hall. -provide rafter ties over front bedroom and entryway. -tie in top plates at front entry tall wall and front bed. 2x6wall meets 2x4wall.

- All vertical boards in the garage above the over head doors need to be sealed at the ceiling - One joist hanger in the basement storage room is missing nails - East basement window well needs a emergency exit ladder installed - West basement window well needs more gravel added so the total bottom rung is no more then 18 inches from the base - Sump pump electrical outlet needs to state it is non GFGI protected - Master bathroom is missing an electrical outlet for the smaller vanity sink - Exterior ground level slopes towards the house by the basement window on the east side of the home - Exterior yard grading on the east side of home slopes towards the house foundation and needs to be at no less than a two percent slope away from the foundation. - Submit an as is graded plot plan - A irrigation permit is required for the system already installed - Driveway final was never completed
