PRE POUR INSPECTION The forms are set and there appears to be sufficient compacted aggregate. I was on site last week to do a pre inspection for the ADA section of the sidewalk. There was damage to the ADA ramp and it was out of compliance therefore it had to be replaced. The curb cut for the ADA ramp also has damage and needs replaced. The contractor is going to pour the sidewalk today and leave the ADA ramp to pour at a later date.

PRE POUR INSPECTION The forms are set and there appears to be sufficient compacted aggregate. I was on site last week to do a pre inspection for the ADA section of the sidewalk.     • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
