The soil that has left the site and into the neighboring yards needs to be removed and any damages to the sod needs to be repaired by March 30th. If the ESC is not in compliance and the removal of the soil in the neighboring yards, as well as any damage to the sod is not repaired by March 30, 2018 a Stop Work Order will be issued
