• Guard rail is required at east side of front porch • HOUSE SMELLS LIKE GAS • Self closing hinges on garage entry door not operating properly • Outlet at south side of kitchen island not wired correctly • Oven is not fully installed , no pull over protection. • No back flow preventer at water main spigot in basement • Smokes in guest bed and rec room should be swapped. To be smoke only in bedroom, and combo in rec room • Missing joist hangers at double header to joist, and at double joist to ledger • No ledger locks or anchor bolts attaching ledger board to rim joist • Secure nm conduit at ac condenser it is hanging in the grass. • Siding is touching the dirt on on southeast side of house. Need to have 6” clearance from grade. • Sewer clean out is broken off on southeast side of house • Window screens • Only 1 security screw in rear entry door to deck. • Basement bath is missing light fixture • Attic access in closet on 2nd fl not of adequate size or in suitable location. attic access needs to be at least 22" x 30" and should be located in hallway or other location with ready access.
