Matt Munger 03/27/2018 11:23 AM The silt fence on the back side of the property has failed and the soil from your property has gotten into the backyards of 1705 and 1709 SW Napa Valley Dr. The silt fence needs to be repaired to be in compliance. The soil that has left the site and into the neighboring yards needs to be removed and any damages to the sod needs to be repaired by March 30th. If the ESC is not in compliance and the removal of the soil in the neighboring yards, as well as any damage to the sod is not repaired by March 30, 2018 a Stop Work Order will be issued.
