Matt Munger 12/18/2017 10:15 AM Upon my arrival I observed silt fence in place, but there was not a construction entrance with Rip Rap put in. I spoke wtih Rick Mullin and he stated they wanted to put the construction entrance in where the existing driveway sits. I informed Rick if he is going to use the existing driveway, Rip Rap will need to be in place to keep mud and debris off Hamblen Rd. The streets will need to be swept clean as well.
