We discussed that they need to have 8 inches of concrete all the way around the pipe and the re-bar needs to be in the middle of the concrete. On both sides of the pipe the concrete gets higher with the highest point reaching 20''. When it is finished it will look like a swale. Fine Cut drilling and sawing is also here and doing the core drill for the existing MH 27-189. They have exposed that MH and are going to install the A-lok when they are finished core drilling.
