A main inspection has uncovered the following problems. There is still one deflection going up stream from MH 1-4 to 1-5. They also said MH 1-5 has to be taken out and replace the bottom barrell because it cannot be stubbed for a future sanitary line. They are going to be given a TCO so they can move their furniture in but not a substantial complettion until these items are resolved.Steve Robbins 04/17/2017 3:39 PM

Yesterday they dug up the sanitary line in the 2 areas that the deflections were in. They did not watch the video that the water dept. gave us, they needed a flashdrive, I offered to let them come to the office and watch it but they thought they get it figured out. They sought out the areas that were wrong and they believe they have them corrected. They burried the pipe on 3/13/17, they will have to wait 30 days till the water dept. will do another camera test.Steve Robbins 03/14/2017 3:11 PM

A main inspection has uncovered the following problems. I have talked with C.J. and Josh from water and the problem is from M.H. 1-4 to 15. The sag is 15 -25 ft. out from the stub of M.H. 1-4 going up-stream. They also found that the lateral coming out from the building is dropping straight down instead of a 45. I am meeting with the owner of Central plumbing today and Mark to discuss the problem.Steve Robbins 04/19/2017 7:38 AM

This morning Central Plumbing installed an 8" plastic plug with a rubber gasket. The 8" plastic plug was installed 12" in the pipe, non-shrink grout in the 12" behind the plug to the end of the pipe. This completes the inspections for the sanitary sewer. There also was some string from a mandrel test that they removed.Steve Robbins 09/26/2017 12:17 PM
