The road on Ashurst where they installed MH 1-1 it has been filled back in with rock and dirt, it has 10 inches of concrete in the entire road where they dug up for the sanitary pipe. 4 ft wide on each side of the pipe.. I also got a complaint from a citizen in the neighborhood, service request 117890 , I talked with Tom Turner and he is not happy that the surface is not in yet and it is causing problems. I let them know they can dig it up and fix the deflection and then they have to wait 30 days and do another mandrel test. Today central plumbing dug up 25ft from MH 1-4 to fix the sag that has been identified. They also fixed the lateral from the building, the wye was not at a45 degree angle, it is now in the correct position. We can now wait 30 days for a camera test.Steve Robbins 04/24/2017 2:39 PM

A main inspection has uncovered the following problems. There is still one deflection going up stream from MH 1-4 to 1-5. They also said MH 1-5 has to be taken out and replace the bottom barrell because it cannot be stubbed for a future sanitary line. Yesterday they dug up the sanitary line in the 2 areas that the deflections were in. They did not watch the video that the water dept. gave us, they needed a flashdrive, I offered to let them come to the office and watch it but they thought they get it figured out. They sought out the areas that were wrong and they believe they have them corrected. This morning Central Plumbing installed an 8" plastic plug with a rubber gasket. The 8" plastic plug was installed 12" in the pipe, non-shrink grout in the 12" behind the plug to the end of the pipe.
