Additionally, a cash deposit, performance bond, letter of credit or other security approved in content and form by the City Attorney in the face amount of $1,000 shall be provided to the Finance Department no later than June 17th.

The set-up and use of a Seasonal Retail Fireworks Tent shall comply with the Chapter 13 - Fire Prevention and Protection, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lee's Summit, Article III Fire Code, Section 13-44 Same Amendments, and Missouri Fireworks Statutes. All tents will receive an initial site inspection before being allowed to stock, and a second inspection of stocked product before being allowed to open to the public.
