Was multiple issues with the asphalt plant breaking down and paving machine breaking down resulting in a unsatisfactory result. There are areas where surface depth is not sufficient , aggregate is showing through and other areas where surface is already coming off. Talked with logan and it was coming this week. They are pouring curbs and parking lot soon so there is no reason for a construction entrance at this point 9-22-25 Dustin A, Erosion control is in place and storm protection is installed. 10-9-25 EROSION CONTROL REQUIRED. Silt fence is lacking around curb lines and storm inlets are not protected.
