The proposed location and use are acceptable from a planning standpoint. You are showing a sidewalk connection from the main building to the modular classroom however it does not appear that this is an ADA accusable route as there are existing curbs along that path. Please show an ADA compliant path to the classroom. This should include ADA ramps at the curbing and should also include a striped crosswalk.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the construction contracting business without first obtaining a business license as required under the applicable provisions of Chapter 28 of the Lee's Summit Code of Ordinances. Action required: Either a Class A or Class B license is required. Provide the company name of the licensed general contractor and an email address & phone number for the on-site contact which is where inspection reports will be sent.
