Unified Development Ordinance Article 8, Section 8.180.E Roof mounted equipment – All roof-mounted equipment shall be screened entirely from view by using parapet walls at the same height as the mechanical units. For additions to existing buildings that do not meet this standard, individual screens will be permitted, with the design subject to approval by the Director. Action required: Comment is for informational purposes. Existing parapet is assumed to be adequate. If not, 4 sided screening will be required for both units. To be field verified.

    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
