My phone contact with them began at 5:35 P.M. with Mike; then 5:55 and 6:56 with Dusty. I arrived there at 7:40 at their request but they were nowhere near done -- I waited on site for them to be ready for inspection. When you arrived after 8:00 they were marginally ready as you observed. After we inspected I got home about 9:45.
