Brice Lawson 08/09/2016 4:09 PM The one and a half inch copper water service line has been stubbed inside the footing and extends approx. 18' outside the building. The 6" ductile iron fire water line has been stubbed into the building and extends approx. 18' outside the building. There is a concrete ticket for this in documents and images. This work has been completed by CL Howerton Enterprises.

Brice Lawson 08/10/2016 4:08 PM CL Howerton Enterprises poured the thrust block for the fire line stub. The thrust block was already backfilled when I showed up to inspect it. I asked Clayton with CL Howerton to provide me with a concrete ticket for this thrust block. Brice Lawson 08/12/2016 7:49 AM A copy of the concrete ticket for this thrust block is saved in documents and images.

  • Recommended naming conventions:
    • Keep filename consistent.
    • Avoid the use of non-friendly filenames. (ex. k9dk38fj3.pdf)
    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
