The door and frame shall bear an approved label or other identification showing the rating thereof the name of the manufacturer and the identification of the service conducting the inspection of materials and workmanship at the factory during fabrication and assembly. Doors shall be maintained self-closing or shall be automatic closing by actuation of a smoke detector in accordance with Section 4306.(b). Smoke and draft control door assemblies shall be provided with a gasket installed so as to provide a seal where the door meets the stop on both sides and across the top. (UBC Section3305.(h)). Verify existing doors are in compliance.
