Emergency alarm signal device shall be installed outside of each interior exit door of storage buildings , rooms or areas. Activation of emergency alarm-initiating device shall sound a local alarm to alert occupants of an emergency situation involving hazardous materials.

There is constant ventilation of the room, but in order to ventilate the chamber someone would have to enter into an explosive atmosphere. A method of ventilation should be provided that does not involve placing someone into a hazardous area The exhaust fan to the room does not have an indication it is rated for flammable enviroments.

Extinguishers shall be mounted in a conspicuous place with travel distance between any point in the building and extinguisher not to exceed 75 feet.
