This permit is an "AT RISK" permit and is contingent upon full approvals from City Council and the Community Development Department. The application has received Planning Commission aproval only, at this time. Additional conditions proposed by City Council and Community Development shall be incorporated into the project, and completed prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.

Extension cords shall only be utilized with portable appliances while such appliances are in use and shall only supply one portable appliance except for approved multi-plug extension cords. Extension cords shall be grounded when serving grounded appliances. Extension cords and multi-plug extension cords shall not be affixed to structures; extened through walls, ceilings, floors, under doors or floor coverings; or be subject to environmental or physical damage.
