Codes Administration- Work shall not be done beyond the point indicated in each successive inspection without first obtaining the approval of the Building Official. The package shall include the design specifications and details on the design, installation, bracing and fastening of the trusses. Two packages for each building type shall be provided to the Codes Administration Department for approval prior to installation.

Codes Administration- The special inspector shall observe the work assigned for conformance, shall furnish inspection reports to the Codes Administration Department and the engineer or architect of record and shall submit a final signed report stating whether the work requiring special inspection was in conformance with the approved plans and applicable sections of this code. The final report shall be submitted prior to receiving a Certificate of Occupancy. (UBC Section 306.(c))
