Codes Administration- When provision is made for the future installation of fixtures, those provided for shall be considered if determining the required sizes of drain pipes. Construction to provide for such future installations shall be terminated with a plugged fitting, or fittings. Where the plugged fitting is at the point where the trap of a fixture may be installed, the plumbing system for such fixture shall be complete and conform with all plumbing requirements of this Code.
