Codes Administration- A Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued for a tenant finish until a minimum of a Temporary Occupancy has been issued for the shell building.

Erosion control devices shall be installed and maintained during all phases of the construction process. Failure to provide or maintain erosion control may result in an issuance of a stop work order which is authorized by Article I, Section XXIV.

(UBC Section 705.(c)) NOTE: Owner may chose to install wye off of main line for future restrooms in each space to meet this requirement without having to pay sewer connection fees. If Owner intends to stub plumbing through floor, the sewer tap fees will be included in this permit.

Extension cords shall only be utilized with portable appliances while such appliances are in use and shall only supply one portable appliance except for approved multi-plug extension cords. Extension cords shall be grounded when serving grounded appliances. Extension cords and multi-plug extension cords shall not be affixed to structures; extened through walls, ceilings, floors, under doors or floor coverings; or be subject to environmental or physical damage. (UFC Section 85.106.(a), (b) and (c))

Codes Administration- When provision is made for the future installation of fixtures, those provided for shall be considered if determining the required sizes of drain pipes. Construction to provide for such future installations shall be terminated with a plugged fitting, or fittings. Where the plugged fitting is at the point where the trap of a fixture may be installed, the plumbing system for such fixture shall be complete and conform with all plumbing requirements of this Code. (UPC Section 911)
