The Building Official, upon notification, shall make the requested inspections and shall either indicate that portion of the construction is satisfactory as completed, or shall notify the permit holder or an agent of the permit holder wherein the same fails to comply with this code. Any portions which do not comply shall be corrected and such portion shall not be covered or concealed until authorized by the Building Official. (1991 Uniform Building Code, Section 305.(d).)

Fire Department- Combustible debris shall not be accumulated within buildings. Combustible debris, rubbish and waste material shall be removed from buildings as often as practical. Combustible debris, waste material and trash shall not be burned on site. (UFC Section 87.103.(e))
