Correction

The special inspector shall observe the work assigned for conformance, shall furnish inspection reports to the Building Inspections Division and the engineer or architect of record and shall submit a final signed report stating whether the work requiring special inspection was in conformance with the approved plans and applicable sections of this code. (UBC Section 306.(c)) As this structure is manufactured offsite, provide inspection results from the manufacturer.
Correction

Portable fire extiguishers shall be installed in occupancies and locations as set forth in the Uniform Fire Code Standards and as required by the Chief. Extinguishers shall be mounted in a conspicuous place and shall be a minimum of 2A-10BC (5 lb.). One extinguisher will be required inside the structure. (UFC Section 10.505.(a))
Correction

Codes Administration- Landings shall have a width not less than the width of the stairway or the width of the door, whichever is the greater. Doors in the fully open position shall not reduce a required dimension by more than 7 inches. When a landing serves an occupant load of 50 or more, doors in any position shall not reduce the landing dimensions to less than one half its required width. Landings shall have a length measured in the direction of travel of not less than 44 inches. (1991 Uniform Building Code, Section 3304.(j).)
Correction

Codes Administration- Regardless of the occupant load, there shall be a floor or landing on each side of a door. When access for persons with disabilities is required by Chapter 31, the floor or landing shall not be more than 1/2 inch lower than the threshold of the doorway. When such access is not required, such dimension shall not exceed 1 inch. Landings shall be level except for exterior landings, which may have a slope not to exceed 1/4 inch per foot. (1991 Uniform Building Code, Section 3304.(i).)
