The original final site plan (S97-011) was approved by the City Council on April 8, 1997. Note: The minor plat, "Replat of lots 1 thru 9 and 11 thru 23, inclusive, Block 4 Town of Strother (I-40754) was recorded on July 3, 1887.

12-17-98. The accessible stall shall be identified by a sign, mounted on a pole or other structure between 3 feet and 5 feet above the parking surface, at the head of the parking. Accessible parking signs must meet the requirements set forth in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (R7-8D), as referenced in Section 29 381 of the Lee's Summit Code of Ordinances. (For sign specifications, see the Community Development Department). Provide a note or clearly show on plan.
