The plans and specifications shall bear a State of Missouri licensed engineers seal. A. B. Every public place and place of employment where smoking is prohibited by this Article shall have posted at every entrance a conspicuous sign clearly stating that smoking is prohibited.

P & D - All exterior mechanical equipment, whether roof mounted or ground mounted, shall be screened from view from off the property. The appearance of screens shall be coordinated with the building to maintain a unified appearance.

CA - LSCO7-168 - The building official is authorized to issue a temporary certificate of occupancy before the completion of the entire work covered by the permit, provided that such portion or portions shall be occupied safely.
